One should go out there and face the music. You went out and worked at Mexican chain restaurant then only you got the chance to see Mexicans at work and get inspired. 

Unless one gets in the middle - there is no failing because there is no work. Don&#039;t take it easy whether you are just starting or are in the middle or end; resistance can come in your way anytime; and Steven Pressfield&#039;s Do the Work is one of the best books to learn to tackle resistance.</description>
